Artur started in litigation – first in government, then private practice – defending accountants, lawyers, and engineers in professional liability cases, and handling estate litigation disputes. He saw what happens when deals go wrong, and how much of it could have been prevented with proper legal work on the front end.

 

He moved to transactional work and found his focus: helping small business owners buy and sell companies. After watching too many clients get stuck between expensive hourly firms and generalists learning on the job, he built Acquire Legal to fill that gap.
